Pablo and Madi chose to have their wedding at the Hodge Podge Lodge in Houston, TX. Madi chose this particular wedding venue because she loved that the venue was vintage and intimate. It reminded her of home. She also wanted her wedding to be whimsical, eclectic, laid back and FUN. I’d say she succeeded. I, personally, was very excited about the wedding because I already had the pleasure of meeting this fun family at Madi’s sister’s wedding. I knew this group knew how to throw a par-tay. Pablo and Madi decided to spend their whole wedding day together by seeing each other before the ceremony. Their fist look was sweet and really helped with any pre-wedding jitters. The bridesmaids wore a soft pink floor length dress and Pablo had a dark blue suit. Madi’s bridal bouquet was a mix of light and dark pink floral along with soft greenery. The wedding ceremony was touching, as both sides of the family helped get these two married. It was also the first time the whole family were together. It was fun watching these two families come together on the dance floor. It was clear that these two gentle and kind souls were loved and touched by everyone there. I was so honored to be a part of this wedding day! I wish these two and their families all the best!
