Mevan and Danielle had their wedding at the beautiful Villa Antonia, in Austin, TX. This marriage was a blend of culture and families, and the result was pure eye candy. Both Mev and Danielle wanted to make sure they had elements of their culture and family integrated into the wedding day. The bride wore two wedding gowns. The first dress Danielle wore was a stunning white lace gown, fit for a duchess. The bridesmaids wore a soft pink dress, each as unique and individual as the lady wearing them. As we got ready to do our pre-wedding photos, a serious wind storm blew out of nowhere and threatened a serious downpour. The girls were real troopers getting those photos done. You can *almost* tell we weren’t standing in a wind tunnel. As soon as the ladies finished their photos, the men did the same thing. Of course they did not have the blowing hair and dress to deal with, but they also got the photos done. The groom wore a fantastic dark maroon suit, and the groomsmen wore a dark grey suit. The wedding ceremony had a beautiful Sri Lankan elements. After the ceremony, we did some family, wedding party, and bride and groom photos done. After spending some time with friends and family at the wedding reception, Danielle snuck off to change into dress #2. Her sister and law helped her get dressed in a traditional Sri Lankan wedding dress. She re-entered the reception to a dance surrounded by family. It was pure magic. I was so lucky to be a part of the wedding. To see all of the wedding photos click HERE.
